Please note that you have one month left to register for the Africa Internet Summit, AIS 2014 to be to be held in Djibouti, Republic of Djibouti, from 25 May to 6 June 2014.
You may register for the meeting by following the steps below.
How to register for an AIS’14 Training Session or a Plenary Session
Step 1: Please click on the menu “Register” on the AIS’14 website.
Step 2: Choose between the following options: “Log in”, “Request new password” or “Create an account” as per your status.
Step 3: Upon successful login, you will find the “Your AIS’14 Registration Details” page. Please fill in the requested information.
Please note that any new events at AIS’14 will be updated on this list.
3.2 If you are traveling from abroad, you should request for an official AIS’14 invitation letter on this page. Please fill in all the required information as you apply.
Step 4: You will receive an online confirmation message on your browser and a link to download a PDF version of your invitation letter.
And you’re done!
We strongly advise that you start your visa procedures to travel to Djibouti, as from now.

About the NI&I Service Award

Initiated in 2009 by Dr. Narku Nii Quaynor, inspired by his own prestigious John Postel Award (the first African recipient for his long run engagement in Internet service in Africa), the Africa NI&I Service Award recognises people or organisations that have significantly contributed to have the development of Internetworking Services and Infrastructure in Africa and the Indian Ocean by dedicating time, resource, and vision to its enhancement.

Dear AIS'14 participants,
Kenya Airways is offering a 15% discount on flights to Djibouti for the African Internet Summit 2014 delegates. The AIS’14 takes place in Djibouti from 25 May – 6 June. To qualify for the discount, delegates will need to provide proof of participation (invitation letter) when they purchase their airline ticket. The invitation letter is automatically sent to you once you have registered for the AIS'14.

Terms and conditions for the Kenya Airways-AIS'14 discount:
- The 15% AIS discount applies only on Kenya Airways-operated routes to Djibouti. If your journey includes multiple flights, all flights in your itinerary must be operated by Kenya Airways.
- Proof of participation at the AIS (your invitation letter) is required to benefit from the discount.
- You need to download the letter from Kenya Airways to benefit from this discount here.
- Tickets must be purchased at Kenya Airways ticketing counters or offices. The discount is not applicable if the ticket is purchased with a travel agency or online. Tickets can also be purchased directly via the following Kenya Airways agents:
