As an accomplished technologist and software developer, I intend to assist with the work of the AfriNIC Policy Development Working Group as an active participant. 

Over the course of the past 15 years, I have worked with many innovative startups and technology groups in the US and am currently deploying public cloud infrastructure in Kenya (http://kili.io).  In addition to strong work experience in the technology industry as a software developer (PHP, Python) and systems architect (Linux, AWS), I have also been the CTO of numerous organizations and have shaped and led many teams. 

I hold a B.S. in Physics from the State University of New York as well as a M.A.. in International Relations at the University of Chicago.
